The lightweight PALA LIGHT JACKET M for men from the MERINO SHIELD TEC range is designed for long and demanding mountain hikes. Its exterior is extremely abrasion-resistant and reinforced in high-stress areas for increased durability. Its four-way stretch, athletic fit, and pre-shaped sleeves provide optimal freedom of movement, even on the most demanding climbs. Thanks to its membrane-free construction, it is highly breathable, and its merino wool lining provides optimal comfort.
The outer material—a blend of polyamide and elastane—is extremely durable, stretchy, and breathable.
The material is reinforced in high-stress areas—shoulders, elbows, and hips.

MERINO SHIELD TEC
The MERINO SHIELD TEC material is designed for optimal durability and comfort during the most demanding movements. Extremely durable, it has withstood over 50,000 cycles in the Martindale test (a test that determines the material's resistance to abrasion). It is also highly breathable and quick-drying. Four-way stretch, its membrane-free construction and merino wool lining ensure optimal breathability. It also features a DWR (water-repellent) treatment that repels moisture and dirt.
