Returns in-store:

If you bought an item* in store, you can return it within 10 days of the date of purchase or the date of receipt of your order for items purchased online. Don't forget to have your receipt, labels and original packaging on hand. You can exchange your items, get a refund on items up to 29% off* on regular price only.

All products discounted to more than 30% off are FINAL SALE. NO REFUND OR EXHCANGE. 

* Regular price is the suggested retail price of the manufacturer.

To get your return number, you must fill out the Return number request form or contact us at montreal@pleinairentrepot.ca.

4 simple steps to return the items

1. Fill out the Return number request form to get your return number.
2. Put the item that doesn't suit you in a shipping box or bag with the original packaging, labels and invoice.
3. Send us the article at:

1. Drop off the parcel at your nearest post office. Note that the shipping fees are assumed by the customer.

There you go! As soon as you receive your package, we will issue refund of the amount of your order.  You will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your credit note.

Conditions for online returns:

• You need to contact us to obtain a return number: (514) 525-5309 or montreal@pleinairentrepot.ca. Any items shipped without a return number will be refused and forwarded to the customer at their own expense.

All products must be returned to Plein Air Entrepôt in perfect condition and meet these criteria:

• Having the original labels
• Be clean and undamaged: no unusual odor, dog hair, hair, stains, etc.
• Not having been worn

If the item or items shipped do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse return. If necessary, the product or products will be returned at the customer's expense.
