RETURNS

In-store purchases:

If you bought an item in store, you can return it or exchange it within 10 days from the date of purchase or the date of receipt of your order for items purchased online.

Do not forget to have on hand your invoice, the labels and the original packaging. You can exchange your items or get a refund for item(s) 29 % off or less . Items at 30% off and more are final sales.

* The regular price corresponds to the retail price sold in specialized stores.

RETURNS

Purchases made online:

If you purchased an item(s) online, you may return them for a refund within 10 days of the date you received your order.

Conditions for online returns:

• You must contact us at (514) 525-5309 or by email at retours@pleinairentrepot.ca . Any item shipped without a return number will be refused and returned to the customer at his expense .

• All products must be returned to Plein Air Entrepôt in perfect condition and meet ALL of these criteria:

  • Have the original tags
  • Being clean and undamaged: no unusual smells, dog hair, hair, stains, etc.
  • Not having been worn.

  If the item(s) shipped do not meet ALL of these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, the product(s) will be returned at the customer's expense.

4 easy steps to return items to us

1. Contact us at (514) 525-5309 or at retours@pleinairentrepot.ca to obtain your return number by email
2. Upon receipt of the return number by email, prepare your package.
3. Pack the item to be returned in a shipping box or bag with the original packaging, tags, and receipt.
4. Visibly write the return number on the front of the package
5. Send the article to us at the following address:

1. Drop off the package at the post office closest to you. Note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of your package, we will issue a refund (if applicable on the item(s) at less than 29% off) of the amount of your order. Items over 30% off are considered final sale. No exchange/return possible.

You will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your return request.
