The DELAGO GTX LO Ws is a classic approach shoe that excels not just in the mountains. It comes with a robust rubber cap and a light PU film in the heel area that protects split leather from damage. The grippy Vibram outsole with its triangular studs and multidirectionally arranged profile provides optimum grip to ensure that every step takes you safely and surely to your destination. Added support is provided by the moderately stiff midsole and both eyelets on the upper. With their help, you can tie the footwear even tighter and optimally adjust it to suit your individual needs. The only features yet to be mentioned are the carabiner strap on the heel and the waterproof GORE-TEX lining, attributes that allow you to readily take on any formidable route, regardless of the weather conditions.

In-store purchases:
If you bought an item in store, you can return itor exchange it within 10 days from the date of purchase or the date of receipt of your order for items purchased online.
Do not forget to have on hand your invoice, the labels and the original packaging. You can exchange your items or get arefundfor item(s) 29% off or less .Items at30% off and more are final sales.

Purchases made online:
If you purchased an item(s) online, you may return them for a refund within 10 days of the date you received your order.
Conditions for online returns:
You must contact us at (514) 525-5309 or by email at retours@pleinairentrepot.ca .Any item shipped without a return number will be refused and returned to the customer at his expense .
All products must be returned to Plein Air Entrepôt in perfect condition and meet ALL of these criteria:
Have the original tags
Being clean and undamaged: no unusual smells, dog hair, hair, stains, etc.
Not having been worn.
If the item(s) shipped do not meet ALL of these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, the product(s) will be returned at the customer's expense.
Upon receipt of the return number by email, prepare your package.
Pack the item to be returned in a shipping box or bag with the original packaging, tags, and receipt.
Visibly write the return number on the front of the package

Drop off the package at the post office closest to you. Note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
